The practice portfolio includes a wide span of expertise in rail systems and infrastructure, including planning, design, design-build, construction support and management, condition and safety inspections and program management. The individuals have the opportunity to help develop and implement a strategic effort that will enhance the current vision to position HMM for continued success now and in the future. Demonstrated client relationship building is a must.
